      MAMIE JACKSON, National Executive Director/CEO, Founder

      A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Mamie Jackson became involved in pageants when her daughter participated in  Miss America Pageant Prelims, and became Miss Kingsport 2004, and Miss Spirit of the South 2006.  She spent countless hours volunteering with her daughter.  Intrigued by the Miss Tennessee America Organization, and what the program provided for her daughter, she became interested in giving back to all pageant systems.

       She is the National Director/CEO and Co-Founder of the Miss Spirit of the South, Voice of Tennessee, Heart of Tennesee, and Motor Speedway Pageants.  These pageants assists contestants through providing scholarships and paying pageant entry fees to all pageant systems.  They promote:  INTEGRITY, CHARACTER, and RESPECT.  She is currently the CEO/Co-Founder of a not for profit pageant consulting business entitled "Queen by Experience Pageant Consulting," where she prepares contestants for all levels of interview competitions.  She is also the President of a non-profit organization entitled, “Tenacious Teens 4 Christ, Inc.”  Mamie is a Certified Miss America Judge.  As an experienced judge, she has judged several pageants in TN, GA, and NY.  Mamie is considered an "Interview Guru."  She has volunteered many hours preparing local and state titleholders for their state and national competitions.  

       Mamie is a retired Respiratory Therapist and has a degree in Respiratory Therapy Technology and Physician’s Assistance from the Respiratory Institute in Miami, Florida.  Graduating with honors, she received academic excellence, and is a member of Alpha Beta Kappa Honors Society.  She is recognized as one of Cambridge Who’s Who Among Executive and Professional Women.  Mamie enjoys participating in community service events and providing service to others through Pr"I"ncess "4" a Day and Toy "4" a Boy.  She is an ambassador of Speedway Children's Charities, which help children in need.  She has two grown sons and a daughter who is Mrs. Georgia Uniteds States & Mrs. Tennessee International 2008.


       

      TIFFANY LOVE,   National Contestant Coordinator, Co-Founder

      A native of Atlanta Georgia, Tiffany Love  received a four year Track and Field scholarship to East Tennessee State University after graduating from Berkmar High School in Lilburn, Georgia.  She received a Master of Science in Clinical Social Work with a concentration in Behavioral Health, and a Bachelor of Science in Education with a concentration in Early Childhood Development and Child and Family Studies.  Tiffany is currently the License Oncology Master Social Worker for the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.  She provides Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and counseling for oncology patients.  She is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology at Vanderbilt University.

       No stranger to community service and pageantry!  She is Mrs. Georgia United States 2011 and was 1st RU at the national 2011 Mrs. United States Pageant in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Tiffany is a NASCAR Foundation Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award Nominee, is also  Mrs. Tennessee International 2008.  As Mrs. Tennessee International 2008, she was featured in the “Tennessean Newspaper” and “JET Magazine.” She was featured in headlines across the U.S. by the “Associated Press.” Tiffany represented the State of Tennessee at the 2008 Mrs. International Pageant in Chicago, Illinois and was a Top 10 finalist. Tiffany traveled throughout the State of Tennessee promoting her platform, " GET IN SHAPE IN 2008! The Bene(FIT)s of Sports Participation in the Lives of Tennesseans." She received a State of Tennessee Proclamation from Governor Phil Bredeson for implementing her platform in Tennessee schools.  She is the Co-Founder and National Contestant Coordinator of Spirit of the South, Voice of Tennessee, Heart of Tennessee  & Motor Speedway Pageants.  She has been active in the Miss America System as a contestant.  She considers herself to be a queen by experience.  Before aging out of the Miss America system, Tiffany competed in the Miss Tennessee Scholarship Pageant as Miss Kingsport 2004 and Miss Spirit of the South 2006.  In 2004, she was a recipient of the State of Tennessee Community Service Award.  In 2006, she was the recipient of the Miss America Scholar Athlete of the Year Award, and was featured in “Four Points Magazine.”  She was a talent preliminary winner and a Top 10 finalist.  In 2007, Tiffany was invited to perform her talent preliminary winning performance during the finale of the Miss Tennessee Scholarship Pageant, which has opened doors for her to perform across the United States.   In 2007, Tiffany competed in the Miss Tennessee USA Pageant representing the title of Miss Heart of Tennessee USA.    Tiffany is thankful for pageantry.  She believes pageants provide interview skills, which equip young women for white collar executive positions. 

      Tiffany founded a positive reinforcing national non-profit organization entitled, “Tenacious Teens 4 Christ, Inc.™” She helps teens become involved in positive activities, which build life skills, further education, and prepares teens for adulthood.   Tiffany is also the co-owner of a non-profit pageant consulting business entitled, "Queen by Experience™."  She teaches young women modeling, interview, speech and diction skills, along with talent and entertainment preperation for all phases of competition. This program increases self-esteem which in return provides greater confidence, grace, and poise during competition.  She has prepared multiple contestants for their state, local, and national pageants.
